Make up & despatch times

As all of our product is handmade in the workshop by Martin & Tom, and made to order, please allow 10 working days for despatch of your order.

Shipping charges

All orders are despatched via our local Post Office using Royal Mail Signed & Tracked Services. Fixed prices quoted below cover the purchase of any individual item. In the case of multiple purchases then different charges may apply, but we will inform you accordingly.

We are able to despatch to most countries in the world although for destinations outside the EU we cannot advise or be responsible for any customs duties that may be payable.

Please could you ensure that you enter the correct address and contact details when purchasing an item as we cannot be responsible for despatching goods to an incorrect or out of date address.

Despatch within the UK

£4.35 - By Royal Mail signed for & tracked 1st Class parcel service. Next working day delivery.

Despatch outside the UK

All EU Countries:

£10.10 - By Royal Mail signed for & tracked parcel service. Delivery 3~5 working days.

The rest of the world:

£12.90 - By Royal Mail signed for & tracked parcel service. Delivery 5~7 working days.

Import Duties

As stated above, for shipping destinations and countries outside the EU we cannot advise or be responsible for any customs duties or local taxes that may be payable.

Returns & Exchanges

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase as we take pride and care in every product that leaves our workshop. However, should you wish to return your purchase due to any quality issue then please note then we would ask you to notify us within 14 days of receiving the belt/bracelet. In this case we will gladly exchange the purchase.

If you have received your purchase and simply changed your mind about your selection then we are happy to except a return and refund although we cannot cover the return postage. Again, in this case we would ask notification within 14 days of receipt of your purchase and that the product is returned in a 'good as new' condition (as purchased).

In all cases, please inform us in writing - by mail or email - within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. We can only accept returns if we are notified within this period. We cannot accept returns without notification.

Please read our sizing information carefully before making any purchase and please appreciate that all items are individually handmade.

Is everything you sell handmade?

Yes, in every detail. We use tools, not machines.

Can we order bespoke items?

Yes, please email us details of what you are interested in?

Why do you not sell from stock?

We have a small workshop with not a lot of storage space. What space we have we use for stocking leather hides and buckles. We can then make belts up to order?

Do you offer wholesale of belts?

Yes, we can supply stores at wholesale prices and do so currently. Please contact us by email if you are interested in selling our belts.

Can you arrange next day delivery services on international orders?

We try to use our local Post Office and Royal Mail delivery services wherever possible to support our local community. In special circumstances, at an additional cost, we might agree to using next day international delivery services. Please ask if this is a necessity.
